Shopping & Supplies

If you run out of supplies while you’re at the International Pathfinder Camporee, local stores are available with camping and food supplies. You can also pre-order from certain local and online stores and pick your order up when you arrive.

On-site Veggie Food Tent Store

The on-site Veggie Food Tent Store is where you can purchase vegetarian meats & products (canned & frozen), seasonings, broths, and other items. You can also pick up your bulk pre-ordered Veggie Food items.

We know a big part of planning a trip to Camporee is figuring out how to feed your club. We’re here to help! At Country Life Natural Foods, our goal is to make healthy eating simple and accessible. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to feed your pathfinders healthy, nutritious, and easy-to make meals. To do this, we’ve partnered with the FedEx station in Gillette WY to ship your orders there for you to pick up. We’ve also put together a list of meal ideas and recommended products to help make planning easier.

Local Clothing, Food, & Camping Supplies Stores

The following stores offer a variety of food items in Gillette and other areas outside of Gillette. A bus will be available for off-site shopping to some of these stores each day if you need additional supplies while at the Camporee. This service is available to all adults with a wristband. Children and teens with a wristband must be accompied by an adult, with a wristband. See the Off-site shopping bus schedule for details.

How to Order from Walmart Online Shopping for Pick-Up or Delivery

Visit this Walmart website for a complete guide on how to order online,

You will need to create a Walmart account if you don’t already have one.
Choose the Gillette Walmart as your store to shop at.
Place your order for pickup at the Gillette Walmart.
If you wish to have it delivered, enter the Cam-Plex address as the delivery location. 1635 Reata Drive Gillette, WY 82718 – the drivers will deliver to the pick-up location – the corner of Wrangler Rd. & Windmill Dr. in Parking Lot #8
7 days before your scheduled pick up or delivery order, make your payment online.
If you are using the Camporee Shopping Shuttle buses, to pick up your groceries, your groceries may only take up the seat you are occupying.
If you are picking up a large quantity of groceries, you will need to take your own vehicle to transport them back to the Camporee.
